Currently working as a User Researcher on Citizen Identity. My duties include qualitative and quantitative user research tasks related to personal digital access verification methods in accordance with Gov.UK GPG 45, which provides guidance on the identity proofing and verification of an individual using Government online service. My responsibilities also include leading and execution of user research methodologies regarding secure digital access and citizen verification for NHS health services, sharing personal and sensitive data on NHS platforms, as well as communication and playback of research to work colleagues within an iterative, agile work environment.

From 2008-2009 I volunteered as an animal wellness coordinator for CK Animal Rescue, a no kill policy animal care and adoption non-profit based in South Western Ontario.
